were passed by Congress and signed by President Obama on
Nov. 6, 2009.
- Programming for these new
extensions is not yet complete. This website will be
updated when applications are being accepted.
- Those eligible for Tier 3
will be notified by mail.
All claimants should
now
file claims or request benefit checks through the main
online
application.
Only those
drawing regular Unemployment Insurance (UI) or Emergency
Unemployment Compensation (EUC) can request checks via the
telephone.

Important Notice:
As a result of the Economic Stimulus Package, recently signed
into law, all claimants eligible for Unemployment Programs
will receive an additional check of $25 for each week of
benefits beginning the week of February 22, 2009.
